course descriptions

The following are the course descriptions for Open Enrollment. These courses are also available for delivery on-site at customer facilities. The audience is intended to be IS/IT Professionals and Diver Administrators. In addition to these courses, there are 2-day Industry Workshops scheduled for experienced Power Users.

Courses are collections of classes, while classes are individually offered topics/modules.

ADVANCED DIVING TECHNIQUES - 2 DAYS This course includes: Diver Advanced and Report Writer classes. Intended for Power Users who have a minimum of 3 - 6 months experience using Diver.

BI DEVELOPER ESSENTIALS - 4 DAYS This course includes condensed versions of: Model Design, Introduction to Data Integration, and Advanced Data Integration. Intended to be an introduction to the "back-end" tools: Builder, DiveMaster, Integrator, and Diver.

ENTERPRISE WEB DEVELOPER ESSENTIALS - 3 DAYS This course includes: DivePort Administration, DiveLine Administration, and Introduction to The Diver Solution™. Intended to explore the interfaces required to support The Diver Solution™ Web portal application.

REPORT WRITER ESSENTIALS - 4 DAYS This course includes: Diver Basics, Diver Intermediate, Diver Advanced, and Report Writer. Intended to be the first Introduction to Diving and The Diver Solution™ full capability reporting and analysis tools.

The following course is offered on-site at customer facilities:

INTRODUCTION TO DIVING - 2 DAYS This 2-day course sequence is composed of the following: Diver Basics and Diver Intermediate. Day 1 is intended for General Users. Day 2 is intended for Analysts that will utilize ProDiver. This course is designed specifically for the new user as the user's first introduction to Diver, Dimensional Insight, and The Diver Solution™. By utilizing typical customer data, and exercises to reinforce the instruction, the environment is set for the new user to quickly become familiar with the Diver platform.
