cancellation policy

Dimensional Insight strives to hold open enrollment classes as scheduled, but in the event of insufficient registration or circumstances beyond our control necessitating class cancellation, Dimensional Insight reserves the right to cancel classes. Notice of cancellation will usually be made no less than ten working days before the date of the class.

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a class, Dimensional Insight will not be responsible for any airfare penalties or other travel expenses that may be incurred as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling. For this reason, students are advised to purchase refundable airfare or to contact Dimensional Insight prior to purchasing non-refundable airline tickets.

If a student needs to cancel his registration, cancellations made ten business days or more, prior to the first day of Education will not be billed. Cancellations made less than ten business days may be charged 50% of the class fee. This fee can be applied to the same class at a future date.

Because of costs incurred for partial attendance, or for failure to attend by registrants without notice of cancellation ("No-show"), the full class fee will be charged. Up to 50% of this fee can be applied towards future Education. Substitutions are welcomed.
